How to Use

  1. Complete your evening skincare routine (cleanser, toner, serum, and moisturizer).
  2. Carefully apply the lower half of the mask, followed by the upper half.
  3. Leave on for 3-4 hours, or ideally overnight, until the opaque mask turns transparent.
  4. Remove the mask in the morning to reveal deeply calmed, repaired skin.

What it is & why it works  

What it is: A highly concentrated, soothing overnight hydrogel mask specifically formulated to rapidly lower skin temperature, reduce redness, and rebuild a compromised moisture barrier.
Why it works: This mask is a targeted rescue treatment for easily irritated skin. It utilizes Biodance’s proprietary "Cera-nol" recipe—a master blend of Ceramides, D-Panthenol, and Oligo-Hyaluronic Acid. Ceramides physically patch up the weakened lipid barrier, while Panthenol delivers profound physiological repair and moisture retention deep within the tissues. Combined with mineral-rich Glacier Water, the mask acts as a breathable, cooling shield all night long. As the active ingredients fully absorb, the mask turns transparent, revealing a flawlessly calm, hydrated, and fortified complexion by morning.

Evening
Oil cleanser → Water cleanser → Toner → Mask or device, 2 to 3 times a week → Serum or ampoule → Eye cream → Moisturiser

Use strong acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, peels) and retinoids on different nights, and add one new active at a time. For hair, body and makeup, follow the directions on the pack.
