How to Use

Daily, after cleansing: sweep one Cera-nol Gel Toner Pad over the face and pat in; continue with serum and moisturizer.
2–3 times a week, at night: apply a Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask as the last step and leave on for 3 hours or overnight.
Remove the mask in the morning and pat any remaining essence into skin.

How to use

1. Toner pads, daily: after cleansing, take one Biodance Cera-nol Gel Toner Pad and sweep it gently over the face, then pat the remaining gel into skin. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
2. Overnight mask, 2–3 times a week: at night, after your usual routine, unfold a Biodance Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask and press it onto the face, aligning the eye and mouth openings.
3. Leave on for at least 3 hours or overnight; the mask turns transparent as the essence absorbs. Remove in the morning and pat in any remaining essence.
Note: The mask is designed for long wear; if it feels too heavy overnight, use it for 3–4 hours in the evening instead.

What it is & why it works

What it is: A two-part Biodance barrier set: Cera-nol Gel Toner Pads (60 pads) and four Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Masks (4 × 34g).
Why it works: Ceramides are the lipids that hold the skin barrier together, and a barrier short on them leaks water and lets irritants in. The toner pads deliver ceramide with panthenol and hyaluronic acid every day in a cooling gel that soothes as it hydrates, so the barrier is supported at the first step of the routine. The overnight masks then give skin hours of uninterrupted contact with ceramide, collagen and hyaluronic acid; the hydrogel sheet turns transparent as it absorbs, which is your sign the skin has drunk everything it holds. Daily maintenance plus weekly intensive care is what keeps sensitive skin calm and plump.
