How to Use

Evening, after cleansing: press Anastatica Toner onto skin in 2–3 layers.
Press in Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, then seal with 345 Relief Cream.
On the worst nights, apply a Hydro Cera-nol Mask over the routine and sleep in it. Sunscreen every morning on the slopes.

How to use

1. In the evening, after gentle cleansing, pour Dr. Althea Anastatica Skin Conditioning Toner into your palms and press onto damp skin. Apply 2–3 thin layers, letting each absorb.
2. Press 2–3 drops of COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence into the skin.
3. Seal with Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream, using a thicker layer on windburned or flaky areas.
4. On the two hardest nights: apply a Biodance Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask over the finished routine and leave on for 3 hours or overnight. Remove in the morning and pat in the essence.
Note: Apply a high-SPF sunscreen every morning on the mountain; UV at altitude is significantly stronger. Pause exfoliants and retinol during recovery.

Why it works: Cold, dry air pulls water from skin faster than it can replace it, wind strips the surface lipids, and altitude UV inflames what is left. Recovery means putting all three back. Anastatica, the resurrection plant, produces compounds that help skin retain water under extreme dryness, and the toner layers them with hyaluronic acid and panthenol. Snail secretion filtrate at 96% supplies the glycoproteins that speed repair and a cushioning hydration windburned skin craves. How do I use & layer this?

PM: Double cleanse (oil/balm to remove makeup & SPF → water-based cleanser) → Tone/Mist → Masks or Devices (optional; 2–3 times a week) → Treat (essence/serum/ampoule) → Eye cream → Moisturize.

New to K-Beauty? Follow the “thin → thick” rule: start with watery (toner/essence) → then lighter serums → then cream → finish with sunscreen in the morning.
Caution: Avoid layering strong acids (AHA/BHA/PHA/peeling solutions) with retinoids on the same night, and introduce actives slowly if you have sensitive skin.
