What it is & why it works  

What it is: A highly concentrated, essence-like toner designed to instantly quench dry, dehydrated skin and rebuild a compromised moisture barrier.
Why it works: Unlike watery toners that evaporate quickly, this formula uses a high concentration of 3 different molecular sizes of Hyaluronic Acid. The smaller molecules penetrate deeply to hydrate the inner layers, while the larger molecules lock in moisture on the surface to prevent transepidermal water loss. Boosted with soothing Aloe Vera and barrier-repairing Panthenol, its slightly viscous texture glides on like a serum, instantly relieving tightness and flakiness, and preparing the skin to act like a sponge for the rest of your routine.

Use strong acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, peels) and retinoids on different nights, and add one new active at a time. For hair, body and makeup, follow the directions on the pack.
