How to Use

After cleansing, spray 345 Relief Cream Mist over the face from 15–20cm and pat in.
Press 345 Relief Serum into the skin, then seal with 345 Relief Cream.
Use morning and evening; re-mist during the day whenever skin feels tight. Add sunscreen in the morning.

How to use

1. After cleansing, close your eyes and spray Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist over the face from 15–20cm away, then pat gently until absorbed.
2. Press 2–3 drops of Dr. Althea 345 Relief Serum into the skin, adding an extra drop on red or irritated areas.
3. Seal with Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream, pressing it in with your fingertips.
4. Use morning and evening. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.
Tip: Keep the mist in your bag and spray whenever skin feels tight or hot during the day; it can be used over makeup.

Why it works: Chronically sensitive skin has a barrier that leaks water and lets irritants in, and the 345 Relief complex of cica, ceramides and hyaluronic acid targets exactly that. The mist replaces water and calms instantly, with a creamy texture that does not evaporate and leave skin drier. The serum concentrates the repair actives where they are most needed, and the cream locks in the lipids the barrier needs to rebuild. How do I use & layer this?

New to K-Beauty? Follow the “thin → thick” rule: start with watery (toner/essence) → then lighter serums → then cream → finish with sunscreen in the morning.
