1. Toner pads, daily: after cleansing, take one Biodance Collagen Gel Toner Pad and sweep it gently over the face, then pat the remaining gel into skin. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
2. Overnight mask, 2–3 times a week: at night, after your usual routine, unfold a Biodance Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask and press it onto the face, aligning the eye and mouth openings.
3. Leave on for at least 3 hours or overnight; the mask turns transparent as the essence absorbs. Remove in the morning and pat in any remaining essence.
Note: If the mask feels too heavy overnight, wear it for 3–4 hours in the evening instead.
