How to Use

In the shower, lather Glutathione Niacinamide Body Wash over damp skin and rinse.
After towel-drying, apply Glutathione Niacinamide Body Lotion all over, with extra on elbows, knees and any dark areas.
Use daily; sunscreen on exposed skin protects results.

How to use

1. In the shower, apply APLB Glutathione Niacinamide Body Wash to a sponge or damp hands, lather over the body, and rinse.
2. Pat skin dry and, while still slightly damp, apply APLB Glutathione Niacinamide Body Lotion all over, massaging until absorbed. Apply a little extra to elbows, knees, underarms and any darker patches.
3. Use both daily.
Note: Apply sunscreen to exposed body skin during the day to protect brightening results. Expect visible evening of tone over 4–8 weeks.

What it is & why it works

What it is: A two-step APLB body set: Glutathione Niacinamide Body Wash (300ml) and Glutathione Niacinamide Body Lotion (300ml).
Why it works: Glutathione is the body's master antioxidant and, applied to skin, helps shift pigment production toward lighter tones while protecting against the oxidative stress that dulls skin. Niacinamide slows the transfer of pigment to the surface and strengthens the barrier. Using both in the wash puts them in contact with skin daily, and the lotion leaves them on to work for hours, with ceramide to hydrate the drier skin of the body. Friction zones such as elbows, knees and underarms darken from constant rubbing, and consistent daily brightening at both steps is what evens them out.

PM: Double cleanse (oil/balm to remove makeup & SPF → water-based cleanser) → Tone/Mist → Masks or Devices (optional; 2–3 times a week) → Treat (essence/serum/ampoule) → Eye cream → Moisturize.

New to K-Beauty? Follow the “thin → thick” rule: start with watery (toner/essence) → then lighter serums → then cream → finish with sunscreen in the morning.
Caution: Avoid layering strong acids (AHA/BHA/PHA/peeling solutions) with retinoids on the same night, and introduce actives slowly if you have sensitive skin.
