1. Toner pads, daily: after cleansing, take one Biodance Cera-nol Gel Toner Pad and sweep it gently over the face, then pat the remaining gel into skin. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
2. Overnight mask, 2–3 times a week: at night, after your usual routine, unfold a Biodance Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask and press it onto the face, aligning the eye and mouth openings.
3. Leave on for at least 3 hours or overnight; the mask turns transparent as the essence absorbs. Remove in the morning and pat in any remaining essence.
Note: The mask is designed for long wear; if it feels too heavy overnight, use it for 3–4 hours in the evening instead.
