Wie benutzt man  

Nacht 1, Peeling: Nach der Reinigung ein Wattepad mit Some By Mi AHA-BHA-PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner tränken und über das Gesicht streichen. 3–5 Minuten warten, dann die Round LAB Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream auftragen.Nacht 2, Retinol: Nach der Reinigung und Ihrem gewohnten Toner die Haut trocknen und 2–3 Tropfen Celimax The VITA-A Retinol Shot Tightening Serum in das Gesicht einklopfen, dabei die Augenpartie aussparen. Anschließend die Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream auftragen.Nacht 3 & 4, Erholung: Nach der Reinigung und dem Toner 2–3 Tropfen SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule in die feuchte Haut einklopfen und anschließend mit der Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream versiegeln.Nacht 5: Den Zyklus neu starten.Hinweis: Tragen Sie jeden Morgen Sonnenschutz auf. Bei sehr empfindlicher Haut beginnen Sie mit drei Erholungsnächten statt zwei. Retinol wird während der Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit nicht empfohlen.

Was es ist: Ein vierteiliges Skin-Cycling-Set: Some By Mi AHA-BHA-PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner (150 ml) für die Peeling-Nacht, Celimax The VITA-A Retinol Shot Tightening Serum (30 ml) für die Retinol-Nacht, SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule (55 ml) für die beiden Erholungsnächte und Round LAB Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream (80 ml) für jede Nacht.Warum es funktioniert: Säuren und Retinol beschleunigen beide den Zellumsatz, und die tägliche Anwendung führt zu einer Überlastung, bis die Barriere nachgibt. Skin Cycling verteilt sie so, dass jeder Wirkstoff eine Nacht Zeit hat, zu wirken, und die Haut zwei Nächte Zeit hat, sich zu erholen. Die Peeling-Nacht entfernt abgestorbene Zellen, damit die Retinol-Nacht gleichmäßig einziehen kann; Retinol stimuliert die Kollagenproduktion und verfeinert die Poren; und die beiden Centella-Erholungsnächte beruhigen Entzündungen und bauen die Barriere wieder auf, bevor der Zyklus neu beginnt. Birkensaft, Hyaluronsäure und Ceramide in der Creme halten die Barriere durchweg geschützt. Das Ergebnis ist der volle Nutzen beider Wirkstoffe mit einem Bruchteil der Reizungen.
